Congratulations! You have been approved to attend our event! All drivers are required to complete the form below. By signing below and submitting this form, you agree and understand to the below and the terms and conditions of the “Event Agreement“.  If you have any passengers, please have them complete the “Passenger Registration Form” prior to attending the event.

A donation of approximately 10-20% is included in the event fee. We encourage additional donations so that we can further support our cause.

Please indicate if you want your passenger to have their own UTV. Each UTV has a two-passenger capacity.

DISCLAIMER: Base event fee covers one vehicle, two participants and the following: access to event, daily lunches for two, concierge and luggage service, UTV tour for two, national park entrance fees, federal special use permit fees, technical & diagnostic support during drive, emergency on-demand enclosed auto transport, law enforcement security, LeadNav File for navigation, nightly car washes, VIP treatment, welcome kit, car decals, wristbands for two, t-shirts for two, drone, video and photography of event, approximately 10-20% donation and event sales taxes. All round-trip transport prices are estimated and will vary based on your pick-up and drop-off location. Approximately 30 days prior to the event, you will be notified as to the final transport cost and any differences will be due/refunded accordingly. LeadNav file will be provided that gives audible turn-by-turn and caution points. LeadNav must be purchased separately on iTunes ($19.99). Emergency enclosed transport, which is separate from round-trip event transport, will trail group and be available on-demand for any mechanical issues at driver’s expense. Local law enforcement will provide overnight security of vehicles.
