A packed lunch for our hike in Big Bend is included in the event fee. All other meals are at the participants expense. Packed lunch includes a (1) wrap, your choice of fruit, (1) bag of chips, (1) cookie and (1) bottled water. If you do not want a packed lunch, you may eat at the Chisos Mountain Lodge restaurant at your own expense.

Event Fee ($450)(One Vehicle & Two Participants)

Three-day event fee includes, access to the event, special use permit fees for federal park, federal park entrance fee, state park entrance fee, LeadNav file for navigation, McDonald Observatory Star Party tickets for two, luggage concierge, technical and diagnostic support during drive, standby enclosed auto transport at driver's cost, law enforcement security (3-days), VIP treatment, welcome kit, wristbands for two, car decals, t-shirts for two, hotel and vendor discounts and event sales taxes. Approximately 20-35% of the event fees will be a donation.
